How We Handle Your Data

Trust.Zone is operated by Internet Privacy Ltd (the "Company"), a company incorporated in Seychelles. This Privacy Policy sets out how information is handled in connection with the use of the Trust.Zone website, applications, customer accounts, VPN and proxy services, and related support services.

No-Logs Policy

Trust.Zone does not monitor users' online activity or create or store VPN or proxy activity logs. Trust.Zone does not retain browsing history, traffic destinations or historical traffic-related metadata that could be used to associate a user with specific online activity.

As such information is not stored, Trust.Zone is unable to reconstruct a user's historical online activity or provide a record of activities performed through its VPN or proxy services.

Information We Process

Only a valid email address is required to create a Trust.Zone account. The email address is used for the purposes of account access, service and subscription notifications, account recovery, customer support and, where applicable, promotional communications.

During an active VPN connection, session information required for authentication, connection management and the current traffic counter is held temporarily in the authentication server's volatile memory (RAM). It is not written to persistent storage and is automatically removed when the VPN session ends. This temporary session information is not retained as a connection or activity log.

Account credentials, VPN passwords, keys and other account information are protected by appropriate cryptographic and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Where a user contacts Trust.Zone support, Trust.Zone processes the information voluntarily provided in connection with the request solely for the purposes of responding to and resolving that request.

Users may request deletion of their Trust.Zone account using the account deletion option available in their profile. Upon deletion of an account, the email address and associated account information are permanently deleted from Trust.Zone systems.

Payments and Payment Privacy

Trust.Zone does not store payment card details or payment credentials. Certain payment transactions are processed through the Company's authorized distributor, Tersys Group OÜ, and external payment providers, including card processors, PayPal, app stores and other payment services. Such providers may process and retain information necessary for the completion of a transaction in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Users seeking additional payment privacy may choose an available cryptocurrency payment method, which avoids providing traditional card or PayPal payment details.

Website and Applications

Trust.Zone does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on its website and does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in its applications. Neither the website nor the applications are used by Trust.Zone to build advertising profiles of its users.

The Trust.Zone website uses only necessary first-party cookies and session information required for functions including account access, login and operation of the website. Personal information, such as an email address, is not stored in these cookies.

Seychelles Jurisdiction and Legal Requests

The Company operates under the laws and jurisdiction of Seychelles, an offshore jurisdiction outside the Five, Nine and Fourteen Eyes intelligence-sharing arrangements.

Requests or orders issued by foreign authorities do not, in themselves, impose an obligation upon the Company to disclose information. Any obligations of the Company in this respect are governed by the laws of Seychelles.

Trust.Zone does not possess historical VPN activity, browsing history or traffic logs and is therefore unable to disclose such information. Accordingly, no historical VPN or proxy activity information exists that can be linked to a particular user.

Transparency and Warrant Canary

Trust.Zone maintains a publicly available, daily PGP-signed Warrant Canary as an additional transparency mechanism. It provides users with a cryptographically verifiable and regularly updated indication of whether circumstances relevant to Trust.Zone's privacy commitments have changed.

The current signed Warrant Canary is available on the Trust.Zone Warrant Canary page.

Changes and Contact

The Company may update this Privacy Policy where necessary to reflect changes to Trust.Zone services or its privacy practices. The current version of this Privacy Policy will remain available on this page.

Questions concerning this Privacy Policy or the privacy of a Trust.Zone account may be submitted through the Trust.Zone Contact page.
